When you send an email to support fromyour email do they not give the automated email response now?

Same as before but I wouldn't know what's automated or not... They reply back to your email like before

I noticed this too Teo. I sent a support request a couple of days ago and never got that automated confirmation mail I used to get in the past.
My issue got taken care of though, so it's just the automated response that doesn't seem activated anymore.

I think it's depening on how busy they are. I wouldn't worry to much. Longest I had to wait before getting a reply was well over a week. I think they are just really busy with their newest baby (AL) at the moment.
