What month and year was the cap changed from 36 to 41?

Yeah so title says it all. I just wanted to know when the 41 level cap was issued, so that I can estimate the amount of time for the 51 level cap. Thanks :)

Im not sure.. But the 41 cap was here about 8 months and were 5 into this one so its gonna be a while.. I doubt theyve even started work on the next cap yet
