Skill loadout!

Im thinking that there will be a button in skill menu (make loadout skill) wherein you will pay 30 plat so that we can change from pvp to pve.
Ex. Pvp=fire,lightning,ice,shield. pvp=fire,timeshift,gale,heal.
In short,each loadout have different skills or stats
