My account is once again on hold after plenty of successful purchases. This time they charged my acct 49.99 for plat that i never even received. If im on hold why was i charged when the cancellation clearly states i will not be? Ive attempted support with no responses. I have purchased well over $150 worth of plat. Please respond.

Make sure you emailed them to the correct address, and if it's right, please be patient. Sometimes they get hoards of emails and take time to reply to them all.

It takes time but also remember they don't work on weekends so could tae extra time if you responded on a Friday night or Saturday

STS is a Indie game developer. They are not EA with hundreds of employees give it some time.

Agreed. I remember once, I have sent a ticket to support the morning, and another one the afternoon.

When I checked on their support site, my ticket from the morning was something around #1400 and the one of the afternoon about #1800. Just a vision on how many tickets they receive per day. Hundreds? Thousands?

And i'm sure that most of them are useless, like for some random problems where support doesn't even need to reply.
