I Need A GOOD PvP/PvE Build

I know,I know there have been many threads about this but I desperately needed help from all those pros out there.To tell the truth,Ive been beat up by even Lvl 21 toons when Im lvl 23 because I never had sense of stats.Now I know its important because first,Its embarassing to die because of a low level toon and second,I cant kill anyone at all.

So if you have a build post it in this format:

(Skill/s)-(Which Upgrade/s)
Which to use 1st and then 2nd etc.

Or you can post your build in anyway you want as long as I can understand

Stats: all str.
Skills:
Might 5
Vengfull 5
Windmill 5
Ss 4, no mana
Hor 4, no taunt
Passiv dmg 2

First skills, then passives, passiv dmg last

Not a pro, but here's the one I'm doing. Adding the Juggernaut skill so I can switch to a better tank.

Skyward Smash - 4 points excluding mana
Windmill - 3 points excluding range and snare
Horn of Renew - 3 points excluding range and taunt
Vengeful Blood - 5 points maxed
Might - 5 points
Juggernaut - 4 points excludes taunt

That's 24 points. Might add snare to windmill and the last taunt point to Juggernaut for tanking

And? U got 25 skills not 26. Better add in wm range.
But its just wrong build. U wont tank too god, cause no agro. U wont pvp too god unless u add snare to wm. Well hf anyway :-)

So you have one skill completely unused in PvP and PvE? That seems wasteful.

Skyward (leaning pvp, leaning pve: chest splitter) - 4

VB - 5
HoR - 5

the rest in eiuther damage or damage reduction, neither will show up on stats page though.

Gotta have at least taunt on HoR for PvE especially if not chest splitter (better aggro than skyward).

I preferably do not like having to re-map skills while a rogue demolishes me.

You do have to switch between PvP and PvE though, you have 5 active skills and only 4 slots for them.

I'm not referring to re-mapping the skills mid map. I'm actually referring to re-mapping it to juggernaut before I do tomb or elite runs.
