Congratulations to the top leaderboard holders for Season 2 of the Arcane Legends Leaderboards!


Periodically, the leaderboards in Arcane Legends will be cleared out with the top position holders taking unique banners denoting their achievement. Below is a list of the winners from Season 2 of the Arcane Legends Leaderboards. Some of the categories only list the top position, even though banners are awarded to the top 25 in some of the categories (as detailed below in the following rules post). Season 2 of the Arcane Legends Leaderboards went from December 20th, 2012 (with the launch of the Dead City expansion) to February 21st, 2013 (with the launch of the Kraken Isles expansion):

I would just like to make one small suggestion: Kills/captures should not count from previous seasons. If we treat each season separately, why should kill/flags be carried over? Because technically one can win most kills in a certain season, without having a single kill in that season... Just saying :)

Shouldnt the 25 overall pvp winners receive two flags, 1 for overall and 1 for class? And is anyone in the dev team at all concerned about cheaters. Several of the top winners are highly suspect for cheating. I wont list names but im sure we all know who they are.

Seems logical the way Sam put it is that you get a banner for each Category ...one for Hauntlet , tombs, elite. Since u did get a record in all 3 of these categories it would make sense to award you 3 banners. I personally got 2 & don't see the point of having 2 identical banners, it would be great if each speed run category banners were different for instance 1 distinct banner for Hauntlet , 1 for tombs , and 1 for elite dungeons. Having the same exact banner for all speed runs kinda defeats the purpose for categories IMO

Kinda made my point. Why have these banners when the PvP ones have false stats. I understand it is hard to differentiate farmers from actual players, but this takes away from those who actually want to prove their skill.

Hope those hours of repeated boosting was worth it to the pixel gods.

We will be reviewing the grants to make sure that no one got more than 1 of each banner type. If anyone was incorrectly granted more than 1 of each banner type, the extra banners will be removed.

Hey sam just a question about kills in PVE and PVP .. Does it reset every season? its just when you already have a 1million kills other people will not have a chance to be in top 25 if every season the kills are same.. is it possible to "reset the kills in pve and pvp on leatherboards" note : not in characters kills . Just to make way for other players to be one of the top 25 ..

Sam,I think it is not fair to get a banner from ctf flag captures as people just go to ctf to have as many flag captures as possible.

CTF = capture the flag

Thats why people are gonna go to ctf to get as many flag captures as they can, as that is the object of the game.

I just read this,

and to think of it just before the end of the season 2. I was on the 25th rank of the warrior, did I slip the place just exactly before the update or there any bugs. as Im sure the last time i check i was 25th. 1-2hours before the update. hpe you can enlighten me as those banners are darn cool :)
