Add active flames to Swamp Rat dex Shield

But seriously, 1 unique shield for dex would be cool. flames on a flame print shield would be even cooler and fitting for the swamp series (think voodoo doll).

grats on first post-

but 1 thing which i got really curious is why does SWAMP item be designed as a flaming item.. that made me have a big question mark on my head for some days.
i suggest REVAMP(: make it look greeny with roots and leaf dangling around it hahas
