Quest accidentally deleted. Help needed.

And I can't find a way to pick it back up. It's the third or fourth stage in a string quest. The stage I deleted was The Iron Sea (think that's the name)

Do I need to start completely over, and if so where do I start. It seems I can't progress without this string quest.

Well, I certainly don't mind starting over but I can't. The original quest giver doesn't have anything to give me.

I suppose emailing for help is the next step unless anyone has other suggestions.
