Hey guys, for those living in U.S, and where I live, in Illinois, there is a DEADLY Snowstorm, which the weatherman said. It is supposed to go for a week. So today I went out of school because of the weather. Others told me its happening in different places, but I don't think so. Those living in US, tell me if there is one there! (People who live in places like Arizona, California, and Florida don't have to answer.) Looks like a big snow day for me!

Woah, storm was so strong, there was a tree that fell over somewhere! Not the itty bitty trees. The really tall ones. The roots were also out of the ground, which looked like a whole mat of dirt! Luckily it didn't fall on a house.

I admit that I was happy to have no school, but from school to home, it took a long time. It usually takes 5 min, but we were stuck there for about 25-30 min

Here's an image out of our capital's regular snowing

25231

Our capital is very close to ocean so where I am living there's always around twice as much snow as there are in our capital. Due to the fact that quite large part of our land is in the arctic circle our winter is much tougher than in most of the states in the US. Alaska has same type of winters as we have.

Three words, FIN. We weren't talking about Florida (FL) afaik.
