Laggs!!!

I'm a German player and since many days Every Evening our time the Game is unplayable because of Ping 1000+...
And no! the Prob. is not my Router, because all people have such a bad ping.
When does STS fix that???

I've been having lag issues today, during and elite reef ping spiked to2k and wouldn't go lower than 500. I just got a new phone with a 4.0 os system and have full 3g and live blocks away from my cell tower so dont think its my phone or signal.

Also this my third phone since i've been playing sts games and they always have had lag issues .

Instead of saying its a problem just on our end why try to figure out the issue
