Would it be possible to make the Signatures 5 lines rather than 4, because then users will be able to put their device they play on, max on 3 chars and what guild they are in....

I cant put my other char on without deleting anything :(

Also, to add, if the developers want to limit the "signature bloat" of the forums.. they could simply code it so that a unique signature only appears ONCE per thread, during a person's first post.

That keeps the pages nice and short and easily readible and maybe allows for 5 lines of text :)

but the sigs are not to bad on threads

You could just put them on one line or something...?

The whole limited line thing is pointless, since if I wanted to annoy people I'd set size = max and make huge font sigs.

I already posted this idea on that (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/showthread.php?670-Forum-suggestions-ideas-and-possible-solutions-By-The-Alliance-of-Legend-Guild) thread.

I absolutely agree.
P.S. Notice how I did the links on my signature? Isn't cool how I did that (http://www.spacetimestudios.com/member.php?2718-Flamin)? Bet you can't do it.

Sorry but are you six? I have to leave the guild because in all honesty this is embarrasing.

I bet I can. But looking like someone dropped a packet of skittles in my post does not appeal to me.

Then I probably should not have gone and made a script to randomise my colors

Splurd, what program do you use to do that? Just curious.

I have an idea...what about removing signatures entirely? They just take up space on every single post and honestly I NEVER look at them. Once guilds get officially implemented we should be able to put the guild by our username if we want. But signatures should just be disabled.

I disagree. Signatures give personality to people. Something to remember them by. .

No, your 500+ posts make you easy enough to remember :) I tease, but still I would vote for less lines in the signature if nothing else. I admit it's just a personal opinion though.

To further illustrate my point, notice Flamin's single line post and how large it is with both a full signature and an avatar. That being said, I think custom avatars give you more personality than a signature. Once again, just personal opinion.

You do know that there is an option to not show your signature, kind of like this.

More importantly, you also have the option to hide other people's signatures and/or avatars when you're logged on to the forums.

On the dark blue menu bar at the top of the screen, choose "Forum Options" and then "General Settings". Scroll down until you see these checkboxes:

Choose the options you want, then click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the screen. Poof! No more signatures!
