PS: Anyone with a level 20 Dart? Wondering if the passive ability be upgraded to AoE (multiple enemies) when levelled up like Ribbit.

Wow...you levelled your dart to level 20...lol...Thanks once again.
Luckily, the passive ability had a chance to reduce damage done by 5%. Otherwise, don't see the point of getting it. Originally thought the 10% damage reduced worked like Snaggletooth which only applies to the owner only.
