Mytic,arcane loot?

They are dropped by the locked chest as evry 1 knows, but to get the lvl 26 mytic/arcane helms do u need to be lvl 26? Are is the chanse to get them the same on lvl 1 to 26?

They are all level 26. Pretty sure same chance to get them regardless of your level.
People were getting them from day1 they came out and couldn't have been capped.
I gotta wonder why there is no warrior armors in CS though, seems strange there's always rogue and sorcerer only?
I'd hate to think i've wasted plat and gold opening crates and warrior isn't there.
Has anyone gotten the warrior ones?

So much warrior helm going around the cs as well as around town. Rogue's imo are by far the less seen.

Ive seen a ton of sorcerer helms, 1 or 2 warrior helms and no rogue helms. Also I read somewhere they come from elite gold pirate chests, is this true?

I'm pretty sure they at least come from locked crates. They're extremely rare.

Also, has anyone seen an arcane weapon yet? I've yet to see one up in the auction

they also come from elite golden pirate chests. My guildmate has the hooks - poor damage but decent dps.
