Need help getting my bird leveled.

My archers pretty much stuck on 33 since I'm constantly getting booted from games, since the 45's are farming AS and I can't solo skeller returns on my own. I'll be happe with 35, i'm like 3/4 to 34, from then I shouldn't have a problem
