elite town

i would like to suggest an elite town.
What is elite town? Its a town where all players can go, to hang out, chit-chat, etc. Also it has no limit,thou the thing is, you can only enter this town if youre max lvl.

I catch your drift. Elite towns, however, would take more work than is necessary for just those who've reached the elite lvl. Nice idea though...we've got enough towns anyway :P
