Max amount of kills by certain level?

What is the maximum amount of kills achievable at, say leveling 1-50.

Assuming:
1. No bosses
2. Least optimal exp/enemy ratio (for example, running ao1 at 42 will result in less exp/kill than running ao1 at 33.)
3. No skipping ahead to next campaign until exp is no longer obtainable at the previous one (running ao1 until 42-43, then going to ao2)
4. without using plat exp elixir
5. No exp elixirs

I know a method to get a million kills on a level 1 but it would get patched the moment I post it. Your answer is infinite, if you know what you're doing...

Not everybody is using or following the campaigns now for lvling purposes , they level up on some certain dungeons that gives much xp.

And if you got more suggestions in mind feel free to visit the Suggestionsn section,10th section down south at PL forums.
