View Full Version : Best way to make money in this game? post your opinion!
I really wanna know a pretty solid way to make cash flow in this game if your geared up and willing to put in the time!
Ive been running hauntlet and wt4 and story tokens. but are there specific bosses i should be doing and can do solo like elites or something?

Elite Jarl can't solo but u alot of ppl farm there

I solo it easily with my rogue. Not even with the best equips. Takes abit longer than with a group though.

Make char level to 10 for 1hr u will have prolly make around 2k.. delete and make again so for 10hr thats 20k... but u need to have a comp/tab/phone for trade... just my 2 cents

I created a rogue & sorcerer out of boredom today, my main focus always be on my warrior though, and I didn't have to validate the two different email addresses I used for those toon creations (I own a domain name so I can have countless 'different' email addresses), I guess this is to make it easy for people on tablets etc. to register and play with just a couple of clicks without the trouble of going to their email inbox to click a validation link.
I doubt STS have any automated system in place to detect someone creating & deleting accounts in that way to make a pile of gold, but then again if players are prepared to go through all that hassle for a bit of virtual currency in a closed game system then I say let them.

Occasionally if I find expensive items and equipment for cheap, I'll monopolize them and sell them for normal price, or higher.

Aka merching. Imo this is the best way to make money. Keep in mind that you make some, but you can lose some as well

He's right but that's a terrible way to spend your time. I believe jarl yields better cash per hour. You could always do Elite seas as well. Chests are currently selling for 120k a pop, you need a decent party though.
