Anybody know any good fox pve builds and is half str and have dex do decent fair amount of damage?

If its only pve then why not do the usual and only equip enough st to wear the str gear for the armor, then the rest dex for as much damage as possible. When Fluff tested it he got more damage out of dex than any in int.
As far as skills, depending on your level, max buffs and which ever high damage dealing attacks you like, I prefer ranged ones and of course the self combo. Forget the self heal just spam pots and use those extra points on something else.
For damage choose bow or better yet talon for range and extra armor.

Howl and aoe poison are really good for pve pretty decent in pvp to and max buffs like ninja said
