PC is gunna be epic because they could add abunch of extra stuff because computers could handle more than idevices...Maybe max 7 in some maps? A

We knew the cross-platform part was coming, but it's also good to know that this could lead to even more development of the MMO market for phone gaming.

But how would that work? They say we will all be on the same server, so the PC people would have to have their own games so no iDevice people could join, etc. I think it will basically have to be limited on the PC to whatever the mobile platforms can handle since we will all be playing the same game on the same servers.

I was just thinking :) Could they perhaps bring back Fnord? Cuz with all that extra people on just Alterra would get crowded

No, they're just developers for iOS and they aren't gonna make a mac version.

one day boomer was in town talking about the crossover to PC...
someone said, "why make a pc game, its never going to compete with WoW"
i couldnt agree more...boomer then said "WoW has millions of dollars behind it"
the thing with Pocket Legends is that one plays in an iDevice. Now my first reaction the comment about never competing with WoW was to agree, but the more i thought about it, the more i found pros towards PL and STS.
Cross platform playing has never been done before...period, and that gives PL and STS a serious advantage. The fact that this game is only iDevice now also gives PL and advantage..because imagine...You are playing it in an iDevice, how hard can it be to transfer such "small" data and make it a PC game? Not much at all i like to think.
Also, lets admit that PL is very "kid friendly" and somewhat, but not to drastically, cute. The price...its amazing. If i were a parent i would love my kids playing PL. Its a fun game, friendly, and enjoyable. Great environment, and the Devs treat us with respect and are always there to answer out doubts.
STS is sitting on a winning lottery ticket. Lets hope they cash it in...
