is this the new elite set??? But the stats are not good compare to level 25 sets hnmmm

The stats are the same as the level 26 sealord sets, but you get the newer pirate look.
They are the best sets in the game. I think you are mistaken if you think there is a level 25 set which is better. But you have to compare apples to apples. For example, don't compare the warriors bloodhammer "of security" gear to sealord "of will" gear.
