QUIT TO MENU frustration

First:
When pressing the "Quit to Menu" Button why isn't there a confirmation dialogue like:
"Really quit to menu? -> Yes/No" ??

Its really frustrating when pressing the "Quit to Menu" Button by mistake.
(Especially when playing Elite e. G. in Scull Cove and can't rejoin the party)

Second:
Why isn't it possible to rejoin into an Elite-Party when the timer has startet?
On the other side it's possible to join in "Non-Elite"-Party. Why ?

i do skull cove for about 1 hour, left only boss to kill, then i dc and ..........................
