I've missed many loots due the the pet fighting and not looting. The pet follows me after I'm done with the mobs so the loot is left behind. I would like to suggest a small colored blip displayed where the loot is dropped in the minimap. The color matching the rarity of the drop. Pink for legendary....etc...
