Rogue leveling build

What's a good rogue leveling build? In what order should I allocate my skill points?

Check out the other PvE builds here. PvE builds are also used to level up.

But anyway,

I used Razor shield max,
Aimed shot max,
Nox bolt 3,
SHadow Piercer 1
and max dex before

Well now I'd prefer:

Razor Shield (max),
Aimed shot (max) (for boss),
Shadow Veil (get the debuff and the dmg increase),
Shadow Piercer (do not get the multiple low dmg hits)
dex passive.

Get dex passive later on.
Back then I put one on each skill first. It's up to you to choose which you'd get first. :D
