What is the best sorcerer build for pvp?

Hey guys I'm wondering what the best sorcerer build is for pvp. Please comment any help very much appreciated.

There is no best. Just personal preference. For example, most sorcerers prefer to have the highest damage possible. For me I prefer more health points and armor and I'm willing to give up some damage to get that. It's all personal preference and playing style. Same goes for skill build. Everyone has their favorites.

There are really only two sorcerer builds you can have that actually work:

1. Spec into Fire, Ice, Lightning, Shield. This is for full on damage and picking of targets as quick as possible using the lethal Fire, Ice, Lightning combo. Can be used in all situations.

2. Fire, Lightning, Shield, Heal. This more build towards survival and 1 v 1 play, although can be applicable to team fights if you know what you're doing.

You can also try Shield, Fire, Time Shift, and Frost. Lost of damage and* good crowd control for both PvP and PvE. It all depends on how you play and what you're trying to do as a member of a team (CtF is not a one on one arena but you do encounter one on one situations if you are not close to your team).

Yes, but I make sure to get gear that gives lots of STR and Armor. So my stats without a pet are around 2350 health and 700 armor.

Ive gotten some help from ener, and you dont need shield. Rogues can break through it easily. Ill give you skills, but leave it up to you for which upgrades.

depends on level for heal, but time shift is a def no. cooldown way too long. heal is more necessary in high lvls but in 16 mage pvp it is not that helpful. ONLY 16 not sure about 1-13 or 20+

Good luck killing a warrior with that skill set. The warrior could just stand there and not fight back and he could probably heal himself quicker than you would damage him. LOL

Not for me. I can take most warriors down 1-on-1 depending on where we are in the map. If we are in the flag room or spawn room, it's easier than if we are in the hallway because I have more room to kite.

Not for me. I can take most warriors down 1-on-1 depending on where we are in the map. If we are in the flag room or spawn room, it's easier than if we are in the hallway because I have more room to kite.
Now that you mention it....I find it easier to solo ppl 1vs1 in spawns, not in those lobbies.

Best way to kill a warrior is the lure him into the flag room, and then grab the speed orb and run circles around him while you pound him to death.

Nice way to fight against warrior.

This will work if they don't have AT.
Like my warrior have Jugg, SS and AT.
Mage can't stun me, doesn't matter how fast mage is I can catch him with SS and AT if they are around me.

Just saying be careful if you see a warrior like me.

Dodge buffs and some manuvering tricks help. Even some-what counter with certain combos while evading.
