I have never seen them dropped. Just like I've only seen one drop of Dragon, and it was mine >:D

They are not DC. Its just ppl stopped farming on them because of lack in party. Also ,many merchs and collectors collect them and wait till the prices goes up. Prices were insane a set can go up to 1-1.5m per set. Smh
