how to solve this problem

yesterday i trade with someone i don't even know, normal selling equipment outside cs ..
after i trade he take my equipment but i never get my gold !!
first time i thought he is scamming, we talk bla bla bla for very long time ..
but it seems he is not scamming, idk he is honest or not but his gold has been deducted yet i never received my gold ..
and he has a good will to solve it, so i'm not sure if he is scamming ..
he seeems not like scammer ..
is this new modus of scamming or there's a bug on our trade ??
how to solve it ??

hmmm sounds like your pressed confirm after he removed the gold amount. I could be wrong.

Believing someone when they tell you their gold was deducted and you didn't get it, and then that they want to help. Its a sliiight bit naive. Do you remember seeing the gold in the confirmation window? If so, you should email support. If not, better luck next time.

and i know i look naive, but (sorry no intention to involve religion, he is moslem) he say in the name of allah ..
and today he still meet me, very2 weird for a scammer to do so ..
i know i look very naive, but really2 very2 weird for scammer, that's why i don't mention his name ..
