plat donating.

Hey guys.
I thought i write it here in the forum to let u guys know what u think about.
I donatet at 2.03.2013 on the hompage for 20 us dollar for me 17 € via paypal. My money u get after a few mins or hours i dont have a clue exactly. So after 3vdays i write the supportteam a email with my problems about when i get my plats... they said to me please be patient say me ur email and a acc name and the paypal code. So a few mins after i gived them all what they want and they said after the 5th day you get ur 248plat on your acc. I was pretty happy so i logged in in the evening but there are still no plats -_-.. so again an email and again.. till they said to me i allready got them. Lol . I can proof that i didnt recieve any of them exept those who i donatet 1 minth ago. So ? What should i do ?

Yea same here, the moviepass offer for trialplay is bugged. I spent 20$ and havent got my platinum yet. But its just 20$. But yea try re-emailing until you get the plat:)
