hi,

I have ordered platinum a few times on my account with no issues however last night i purchased 10 and it did not show and the same thing has just happened about 10 minutes ago.

Hey Adam,

We're sorry to hear there is a delay in getting your Platinum to you. There are many different systems involved in in-app purchase transactions (many of which are out of our control) that can lead to this delay.

How do i find my order number, it just went through the plastered on my phone
