7 Day ban!???

Guys, I really have no idea what just happened now. I was farming in haunt, not talking to anyone, went to kraag, PM'ing with a friend (I did not say any words that are censored in the game) and I received a 7 day ban? Can you please fix this issue, i'm sure I didn't do anything wrong, if so, I wish to know what it is. This really came as a shock to me because its never happened before, and I've seen complaints about people getting 7 day bans for no reason. Anyways, if there is no valid reason provided to me with regards to the ban I got, not sure if it was a glitch or not, then can you un-ban my account.
