Wondering how many chests people are opening to score orange and red loot?

opened 100 golden. not a sign of them.

Opened about 330 crates, and about 100+ golden elite pirate chests.
All junk.
Wasted about 4000 platinums, and millions of gold wasted also.

Yup. Really annoys me when I see the same player opening just a few to receive the Hooks & HammerJaw.

Some people buy 1 lottery ticket and win while others buy them every week for decades and havn't even made their money back
People should know what they're getting themselves into when they gamble on these things.

they sure did a great job because the items have still retained their value and are not plummeting in the ah (with the exception of mage helm)
anyways this gives more of a reason for people to gamble b/c the rewards are high

Opened one so far, junk pink. I'm going to wait for the possibility of arcane warrior or mythic items before I open my last 10. Odds are not on in my favor

try to open crate with plat and open gold chest as many as above people did, let see what will you post to forum if you don't get anything like them ..

You play a game to get a sense of achievement (next to your normal live) but im sure sts has something to say about that.

ok just saying my IGN is merryjane i play rogue to start i opend 5 golden chests or so before pulling a mythic helm lvl 26 war out of one and gave it to a friend... i have since then open arould 100+ golden chest 500+ siver and copper of each... have gotten 5 crapping pinks for lvl 25 (im 26) that sold for less then 1mil... in the last 10hrs of just farmingi have spent 100K+ on potions and have not gotten one pink worth selling exept sealord effigy of will lvl 25 and sealord helm of will lvl26... not complaing here just letting other players know that its all about how u go about to obtain these items... i could have sold all my chest after giving my mythic helm to a friend and paid to get my helm and be on my way to getting the hooks.. thanks to you other players who give me hope on knowing.. u all wine to mush exept for a select few gtfo and get a life
FYI i gave helm away for FREE and i will not buy the hooks i will loot them to get the achievement instead of buying them the easy way

Ouch! I thought I had it bad opening 100+ Watch creates and getting noting. STS should just program and item directly to your stash for all that chedder.

No, that would be allowing players to "pay to win", and most folks would lose interest very quick in that case. With the current system paying increases your odds but does not guarantee anything, and that is the way it should be.
