charged skills

I know that i can charge my normal attack, but when i release it discharges
how can i charge up and stay charged so i can use a charged skill?

Hold down the skill the same way you would do for normal attack

in DL you can hold Charge attack by charging and going to your avatar page or your team's avatar page.
i tried doing it but im not sure if its working like DL's, just that the charge skill will be covered by a black circle.
