Hy , I just bought some platinium like 2 days ago and I still didnt receive nothing not even now. I don't know, but how long I must wait?

What few days means? 3..4... One week.Month? It's not fair to wait soo long. LIke they receive my 90$ instantly so I want my platinium just like that.
