Ok ive been getting elixirs from claas and shazbot for a month. I never get combos, XP, or loot re roll. Shazbot once gave an XP, but thats all. Now, they only give pots and +dmg or dmg reduction.

It's not a bug, it's just random. Sometimes you get rerolls, xp pots, eggs etc.

I've gotten two 1 hour combo elixirs since the new campaign was released.
