View Full Version : New Kraken Mines Coming in Tomorrow's Update

Last week we let you know about 2 new Kraken Isle adventure areas coming in an update slated for this week. I wanted to let you know that this update should be coming out on Tuesday, March 12th.
Also, I want to let you know that new "Crypts" will be coming out for the Kraken Isles. This adventure area will also be accessed from the explore option from the Captain of the mighty sailing ship the Dragon's Jewel.

Notice the "The Kraken Mines" in the above map. These are just like the Crypts and Tombs in other areas of Arlor.
Once you set sail for the Mines, you'll have the option to pick up a new quest line (there is also a new daily quest in this adventure area as well).

Also, is it in tomorrow's update that you fix the non stash able banners, and nerf the ALPs, and buff the Hooks?

Thanks, Sam...Will the Silk Stalker daily (the one you get from Dimitrius in the tavern) be reinstated? I know a number of people were bummed that one was done away with.

In all seriousness, though, looking forward to trying the mines! Haven't had much play time lately, but now that spring break is here hopefully I can finally cap. :)
EDIT: Oh, looks like kitchen sink is a weapon? I can't wait to get it and stat cleaning up the Isles! ha! :p

to be clear the kitchen sink is a joke, there will be no kitchen sink (for now) ;)
There are other changes, and they will be detailed in the notes and by Sam no doubt

Haha on one hand, I'm kind of sad. I feel like I'm saying goodbye to an old friend that's been with me since L16 cap... on two different rogues.
On the other hand, it's probably about time to retire those old purple daggers.
I lucked into a set of 26 DBPs for 100k yesterday afternoon. Within two hours the price had skyrocketed to 300k. Yikes. Looks like everyone is getting ready for the nerf haha.
