tiki chik under flair achievement

i am wearing the lvl 70 uncrafted str set (3 pc) but my tiki chic achievement still not achieved??? (i also have int crafted set but the description says lvl 70 uncrafted set...)

Yes, this achievement is very confusing. Only certain combinations of items seem to work. See this thread for details about which ones work.
