iPad Usage Issues...

I've been playing PL on iPhone for several months now and I just love it. I got an iPad recently but I'm finding PL quite hard to play. I know there are discussions about getting the devs to move the virtual joystick down, but it's more than that. As a mage, I use all three columns of skills and getting to the far left skills is quite hard sometimes. I've tried holding it as one would expect and laying it flat down.

I just wondered whether anyone else has difficulty playing on iPad, especially if they play on other iDevices too.... or if it's just me. Do you find PL easy to play on iPad?

Well, ive played on ipad mostly, just gotta get used to it, pvp on ipad is easy, 3fingers at once=3 skills :)

I'd imagine playing on an iPad is much better than the iPhone. Just like how when I started out on the iPhone I found it hard to click stuff, but then got used to it. I'd think its the same case in the iPad.

I just recently made the virtual joystick size the minimum and it was better but I will try the click-to-walk.

I only play on an iPad. I usually play on th couch with the iPad propped at an angle against my knees. No virtual joystick, just one-handed touchscreen action since the other hand is usually petting the attention-demanding house-rabbit.

i would think the ipad's screen allows for good touch-movement, but the itouch allows for quick joystick control.

My hubby and I both hold our ipads like Vulgar does...
I think it's personal preference as to whether you hold it or it's flat... You'll find what feels comfortable...

Mage mainly, but I've got a bear and bird, too. Play's the same for me no matter the character type.
