Some asked me for informations about the recent buff, so, instead of that, i'm directly posting here the change for curious peeps!
Before update, the stats were:
Stats: 108.1 DPS, 17 Strength, 35 Dexterity, 17 Intelligence, 2.27% Crit
Proc: Chance to -15% Armor, -20% Movement Speed, and Bleed Effect. Can Jump To Nearby Targets.
Here is how it is now:

holy moly!! Those are way OP. Good thing I won't have to deal with these quite so often in PvP as they are super rare. :)

Wow! Nice stats at first sight. Does it add a lot to dmg too compared to for example flintlocks of brutality lv26?

But not too good. The better the stats, the higher the price. I don't plan to loot them, but instead to buy them. If they are too good I won't be able to afford them.

What's "can jump to" in the proc mean? Is the picture cut off there? Or is that it?

You need a goaty with those hooks... ;)

So much win on this Hook buff !!
Unlike before when you have a hook its like meh only goodthing about it is people notices that you have an arcane weapon but now........ THEY TRULY DESERVE THEIR ARCANE RARITY RAWRR .. Thank you STS for rewarding my constant whinning about this issue fr now on you'll only receive love fr me =))) thank you so much
