How do I get my stuff back?

I just deleted a character not realizing that my lvl 5 armsman was on it. Im wondering how do I get my character or just the item back. Is there anyway that I can fix this?

Edit: This was along with my arcane legends shield.. the dragon armor (platinum version) and my snowflake wing vanity
