I have been doing surveys and other offers for my wifes account and she has yet to get one single platinum credited to her account. I do not understand why. I never had an issue getting platinum this way for my account. Why is it not crediting hers. I do complete the offers and follow the directions for each of them to the letter.
This is not just with Trialpay either. This also happens with W3i.
I have installed Shipwrecked played to level 3, not received 6 platinum for this.
I have done 4 separate surveys for 14 platinum each and not received.
I have signed her up for Swagbucks and not received the 14 platinum for this.
This is a total of 76 platinum i have lost out at and all i have been trying to do is earn a mere 8 platinum this entire time so she can have a vanity that costs 15.......
I am seriously starting to get discouraged by the use of this. I do not have the money to blow on platinum like others do. This is why these offers exist so we can have a chance at these kind of things by helping your sponsors. I do not feel justified however spamming my mail and helping your sponsors if i get no reward.
My wifes account is under her Facebook name, Liz Duggan.
Character name is Gizmoarcane.
Please resolve this.
