hello, ive been testing on mobs in elite and non elite
below 25 health should cast full it says in the markings and well.. its only doing 10%

I just ran through Harbor and it seemed to be around 50%

Hey Digitalbot, I think the confusion is in the wording of the description of the Second Wind upgrade that says, "If you fall below 25% health, you will have a 50% chance to cast a self heal."
You're assuming that the "self heal" is for a 100% heal. It isn't. It is for some amount that I'm not sure why wasn't added. I'll see if the Design Team wants to be more specific about that.
The skill is working correctly - it's casting a self heal, as you can see from your video. It just isn't a 100% heal (which would be kinda broken, don't you think?).

It is for some amount that I'm not sure why wasn't added. I'll see if the Design Team wants to be more specific about that.
I was wondering about it, how much it heals too, some time ago. I heard 2*(25- actually %), but no idea.
Will keep eye on topic :-)
