Cant entry to the new maps

As i said it is no possible for me to go there cos when i go into the ship nd chose explore it says that ''cant access because bloodhammer stills alive...'' but ive already killed it twice i mean the kraken isles campaign its done but still cant go into the new maps so will like you guys to tell me whats going on. thanks for your attention

Same problem here I killed bloodhammer three times and still no access to new maps

You have to finish the quest I listed to open the maps. If that quest isn't available, you missed a quest somewhere needed to unlock that one.
