Please make Electrical Discharge from Lightning Strike usefull, it's never a 25% Chance by charged Spell.
It feels like it's a 5% Chance..
Make it like AOE from Fire or Frost, or give it a 100% Chance with only 10% Damage, or something else...

totally agree, so obvious it is NOT 25%. pls fix it.

it need to b charged to get 25% chance of stun. and it obvius not 25%. and crit chance for lighting is much lower than other skills. i tried with my friend. i use half dex half int. used eacb skill 30 times. my crit was about 6%. i got 4 crit out of fireball and freeze per 30 . and not one from lighting. i agree 30 times is too few for testing. but it suppose the same as other skills.

Crit is based on random numbers...sometime, it may seem to happen very often, sometimes not. I don't think it has a lower chance of critting.
- I do think Stun should be 25% uncharged, 75% charged
- Electrical discharge should happen based on 15/25% chance on Hit not on Death. This makes this upgrade completely useless in Elites and most of the time in PVP.
