I can t join any offer surveys ecc... i got only 30 platinums by surveys for now and i cant use it anymore? Say me dat there is a mistake of connection... why?

I don't think it's a connection issue. This has also happened to me and the answer is:

Send an email to support@spacetimestudios.com tell them about the problem and they will try to fix it.

As u can see i dont speak very good english i already send a mail with my problem but they said me this As stated previously, if you could please provide a copy of the full delivery confirmation you received from Viking after your order was delivered, I can use that information to submit the request for manual credit on your account and send out your Platinum. But not my problem lol.. they joke me probably...

Just take a picture of the message saying that you completed the survey, and send it to them.
