Yes, this is possible. There was a post from Samhayne earlier that there is a set for every level between L1-26.

im the one that asked sam that question, i have seen that post, and i dont think its accurate, sometimes things are said before they are talked through on forums between members of sts, i would just like a full confirmation as i asked that question very early after the update theres every level in cs....but lvl 2 and not alot of people run lvl 2 twinks that i know of

Yes it is, I was doing the same thing on mine, I think when they do drop they drop gear that is equal to your lvl but class is random. So far I've had a lvl 10 helm drop for sorcerer and 2 lvl 10 warrior armors.

i know you are new to this as it says jan 2013....were you here for winter fest? thats not how it works, my lvl 2 has gotten lvl 16 lucky helms, its map/area based not lvl

I caught the tail end of it. I'm assuming that's how it works based on my results, however if you say this event is like the last then maybe farming forest is your best bet.

How active is the level 2 pvp scene? I'd imagine you get lumped in with level 5-6s often?
