Prices are almost on the dot plus/minus a few hundred thousand.

I agree, especially after the update giving INT a more decent stat increase, I'd say malison is the pet to own for rogues doing elite runs. I own McCraw too, but he's been in his stable for the last elite runs I did.
To the OP, the prices that Gun listed are for the absolute top gear. You can do fine with cuiras and mesh of will, both lv25 and lv26 will do.
As for better cost/usability on those daggers, you could go for depraved blades or even an uber cheap shipmaster bow (the one with the highest Dmg). For rings and pendants, you could use the relatively cheap swirling band of warfare and mystical chain of warfare, both lv26. This won't give you the top stats, but it would be more than enough to participate in elite runs :)
Edit: just make sure you get the dex versions of the 'of will' items. The STR versions have exactly the same name but much less dex.
