New updates , free respec anyone give me a good build? balanced for pve - pvp , but i stay more in pve

Prob this for both PVE and PVP. You have 2 attacks, 2 heals (veng + hor), 2 taunts (windmill + hor), 2 mana regens ( SS + Veng)

5 windmill
5 HOR
5 Veng
5 might

AFAIK Windmills 'mana regen' is just a chance to return some or all of the mana used to cast WM (65mp).
