Is it possible to loot l16 arcane hooks or mythic helm??
I have only seen l26
Would love an answer so i can stop buying chests to open at l16...

Yes, Lalarie is correct in that Mythic Helms and the Arcane Hooks are only lvl 26 items. If you are lucky to get these when you open a Locked Grand Crate of the Watch or Elite Gold Pirate Chest, it doesn't matter the level of the person opening them - you'll get a level 26 item. For example, if your level 16 opens a Locked Crate and gets very lucky, they may find a Mythic Helm (lvl 26) or very very lucky and get the Hook (lvl 26).
