l18 or l20?

Should I be l18 twink or l20 twink for bird? Any skill unlocked at 20 that 18 birds don't have? Also, if anyone could tell what skills are locked at what lvl, that would be awesome. I have l20 plat pack helm, so I was kind of leaning toward 20 bird, but i see more 18 and 19 birds out there. What's better?

i'm kind of new to low lvl pvping, so i kinda wanted to try something that a lot of ppl have done already. Int bird sounds cool, though.

Just quit low level as a whole. Go 50, 51, 55, 56, 60, or 61.

Honestly, I would do the lv 18 because then you arent facing higher lv opponents. At lv 18 you will be playing lv 20s at highest whereas if you are a lv 20, you will be playing lv 25s. stick with lv 18. Make sure blast shot is at rank 6! It does tons of damage! Get thorn root to 2 just so you can stay away from bears when they try to get close(Thats when they do the most damage) Finally, get shattering scream because in pvp u NEED a combo. The combo is Shattering Scream and Then Blast Shot. I have a lv 16 archer right now and that combo is great! Hope this helps :)
