Some change in the skills , what is the best? skyward smash or chest splinter?? I trying one build to pve

Old bosses yes.
Kraken bosses no.

My pve build goes as followed:
hammer, cs, horn and windmill.
I have alot of mana on my gear to reduce pot usage. At bosses i just spam cs and dont use hammer.

It does work on bloddhammer (southern seas)

I am sure I will get many that disagree with this but I prefer both. This is because I have positioned my character in a secondary tank role rather than a punching bag.
I like to use my Skyward Smash during my mob runs and Chest Splitter comes in real handy for the Bosses. Chest Splitter does interrupt boss windups in the Kraken Isle. My experience has been great with it. Also if you throw on the Decimation Add-on it makes Chest Splitter worth use in Mobs. For example let's say you're fighting a mob of enemies and the life remaining across the ones you have damaged is staggered. Using Chest Splitter with Decimation can be a very powerful tool. The explosion kills them pretty quickly and being the life left is "staggered" you can almost create an "echoed" damage effect in 1 swipe.
