Here is how it works:
--There should be a new legendary item called a "vanity token" which comes from locked watch crates.
--These tokens are very rare and allow you to convert one single armor or helm to vanity.
--The tokens themselves can also be sold/traded.
--Once you convert an item to vanity, the newly created vanity item can also be sold/traded.
--This will allow players to create their own vanity outfits with whatever gear they choose
The advantages to this system for both players and STS is as follows:
1) Because the tokens only come from locked watch crates, STS does not have to worry about losing revenue/plat sales. Whether someone buys a plat store vanity or tries to get a vanity token to make their own vanity by opening locked watch crates, it still costs plat.
2) Players can customize their own unique vanity sets, by converting sets like the founders, forerunners, etc.
3) Players who cannot afford plat will still have the opportunity to have vanities since the vanity tokens and the newly created vanity items can all be sold/traded.
